Camps, Retreats and Activities

At St Patrick’s College, a range of camps, retreats and excursions are conducted throughout the year to support students’ personal, spiritual and social development. These experiences form an important and compulsory part of the College curriculum.

Information, consent forms and payment details for camps, retreats and other activities are made available to families through Qkr! and the BCE Connect App.

Year 10 Retreat

The Year 10 Retreat provides students with a meaningful opportunity to step away from their daily routines and reflect on their personal values, spirituality and ethical decision-making, and how these contribute to their sense of identity.

Year 11 Camp

The Year 11 Camp aims to strengthen leadership capabilities, positive relationships and teamwork skills. Students are encouraged to reflect on their responsibilities to themselves, others and the wider community.

Year 12 Retreat

As an integral component of the Religious Education program, the Year 12 Retreat focuses on responding to life’s challenges, recognising the sacred in everyday experiences, and supporting students as they prepare for the conclusion of their journey at St Patrick’s College, Gympie.
