Twice each year, we hold Parent, Teacher, Student Interviews for all students. To provide dedicated time for families to meet with teachers, we allocate either a full day or an afternoon with no scheduled classes, allowing parents and carers to book appointments and discuss their child’s progress, achievements, and learning goals.
These interviews are an important opportunity to strengthen the partnership between home and school and to support each student's learning journey.
If you are unable to attend during the scheduled interview times, or would like to arrange a meeting at another time, please contact the College office and we will be happy to assist. We value open communication and welcome discussions with families throughout the year.
Below is a guide showing how to book Parent–Teacher–Student Interview appointments. Please note that online bookings are only available when interview sessions are open, which occurs twice each year. If you would like to speak with your child's teacher outside of these scheduled interview periods, please contact the College office to arrange a suitable time.
